Recess with Oak Hills Church

What: Recess is one of our best opportunities to accomplish the mission and vision of the Church while impacting the next generation with the truth of the gospel. Volunteers are trained and equipped to be the presence of Christ in their neighborhood by providing a three-day event in their neighborhood for kids age 4–5th grade.

When: June 19-21, 6-8 pm (Dates/times are flexible)

Hosted by: Neighborhood Teams (That’s YOU!)
Adult and student volunteers are needed for all teams!
We encourage families to serve together.

Where: Your Yard, Neighborhood Park, or Community Center

Who: Children Age 4 – 5th grade (These are YOUR neighbors)

Activities: Games, Bible Lessons, Snack, Praise/Worship, and Crafts
We’ll provide resources and training for all of the activities!

Purpose:

Missional outreach to your community
Opportunity for OHC families to serve with their neighbors
Neighborhood children coming together to grow in Christ

Monday | Relationship Begins: Creation Story
Tuesday | Relationship Broken: Sin Enters the World
Wednesday | Relationship Restored: Redeemed Through Jesus

Volunteer Approval:
